All of our soaps and body butters are handmade in small batches using high-quality, skin-friendly ingredients.

Because products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur—this does not affect quality.

Our products are for external use only. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Allergies & Sensitivities

We clearly list ingredients for each product. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to purchase.

If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

RedHeartHomestead is not responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or misuse.
Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed By Friday 12PM, & Ship Saturday as long as payment is received.

Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

We currently ship to United States Only.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Custom Orders

Custom orders may require a deposit and additional processing time.
