Product Information

  • All of our soaps and body butters are handmade in small batches using high-quality, skin-friendly ingredients.

  • Because products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur—this does not affect quality.

  • Our products are for external use only. Please discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Allergies & Sensitivities

  • We clearly list ingredients for each product. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to purchase.

  • If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

  • RedHeartHomestead is not responsible for adverse reactions due to allergies or misuse.

Order Processing & Shipping

  •  All orders are processed By Friday 12PM,  & Ship Saturday as long as payment is received.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

  • We currently ship to  United States Only.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders may require a deposit and additional processing time.

  • All custom order sales are final.
