All orders are processed once per week.

Orders placed by Friday at 12:00 PM (noon EST) will ship that following Saturday.

Orders placed after Friday 12:00 PM will be held and shipped the next Saturday.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses outside of the listed regions (unless otherwise noted).
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
