Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed once per week.

  • Orders placed by Friday at 12:00 PM (noon EST) will ship that following Saturday.

  • Orders placed after Friday 12:00 PM will be held and shipped the next Saturday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to U.S. only

  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses outside of the listed regions (unless otherwise noted).

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
